The Bakers Arms in Somerford Keynes has changed tenant and we hear that The Lower Mill Estate has now taken on a 5 year full repairing lease, which the previous tenant said he couldn’t do due to the extensive repairs required to the building. The Lower Mill Estate have a lot of money behind them and an extensive maintenance team.
