Tuesday 22nd July seven intrepid CAMRA members left Stroud for the outer reaches of the area. Arriving in Painswick at the Royal oak about 1930ish. We were met by a friendly smile from behind the bar and the site of two real ales on offer. Both well kept and very welcome on the warm evening. Before long two more arrive, Peter and Malcolm. After much chat and the odd reminisce we moved on to the Falcon Hotel where Another well kept ale was on offer.

The evening came to an end just before 2200 as our visas expired at 2215. An enjoyable evening had by all.

Looking forward to the next one.
