The role of the Stroud Secretary is to support the Stroud Area Coordinator in ensuring a smooth functioning, arranging meetings and being the primary contact for Stroud. You will be responsible for helping prepare an agenda and take minutes at the meeting.

Time Commitment

  • The role can take up as much time as you are prepared to give. Around two hours a month is probably a minimum.
  • Attendance of Stroud meetings is necessary, however you will not be expected to make every meeting.
